Spacious room, big bed, good lights, your own big ensuite adjoining bedroom. Modern bathroom with large shower, vanity & toilet. There is also a large walk in closet with racks and drawers.
A small fan, microwave & kettle.
Large, clean bath towels.
Easy come & go locking system.
Nice and peaceful, always got a good night's sleep.
Very good location as only 35 to Frankston beach and local Clyde shops are within 5 to 10 mins.
Was given bottles of water and warm welcome on arrival. Safw spot out front on street to park your car. Good communication from the friendly owner Darshan & his wife.
No individual air-conditioning, but owner put on in evening for a little while.

The bathroom could've been cleaner, there was a number of long and short dark hair plus dirt on the bathroom floor. A TV would've been good too.
