Schwierig vor Ort zu finden, da das Gebäude nicht den Pensionsnamen trägt. Anfahrt zum Parkplatz schwierig zu finden. Frühstück kostet extra. Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Almost everything exceeded our expectations - the location could not have been better (very easily accessible), the staff was helpful, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was diverse. I would definitely come back, should I ever visit Banska Bystrica again.
The bedding was plushy, which typically would not be an actual problem (I'm sure it's lovely in the wintertime), but we stayed there right in the midst of the heatwave, and the warm material did not help at all. I'm not deducting any points, because it wasn't really the hotel's fault, but it's a good thing to know.
