Dostatok priestoru, záhrada, hračky pre deti, zvieratká na dvore, čisto, blízko obchodu aj cukrárne a reštaurácií
Zišlo by sa ešte jedno umývadlo, alebo aspoň väčšie (kvôli riadom)
