Didn’t make up the room or change our towels

There’s no denying the beauty and uniqueness of Divná pani luxury gallery rooms. My room was well decorated and exquisite. One member of staff in particular (don’t know her name but she wore glasses and worked a 12 hour shift on 17/11/2025) was extremely helpful and kind in assisting me on booking a taxi! The location as great making everything accessible.

However with being a 5* hotel there were some services I thought was lacking. The attentiveness wasn’t there, the reception remained vacant throughout the duration of my stay, if you wanted assistance you had to go into the cafe. Upon checking in I wasn’t even asked my name I was just escorted to my room having to struggle up the staircases with my suitcase and bag with no assistance. The room whilst nice made some rather odd intermittent noises making it hard for me personally to sleep, there was an absence of items typically found in 5* hotels (such as robes, stocked minibar etc..).

the location of the hotel is really good and central. the interiors of the room were artistic and nice. clean. comfortable bed and the crib they brought for our 4 months old baby was very nice and comfy. the hotel has a nice cozy feel to it.

the central location is very good, but could get noisy from the street and the loud nightlife, specially that we had to open windows as it was really warm without AC or a fan. The fridge didn't cool properly. price was high specially that the amenities in general were nothing special for a "5 star" hotel. the parking lot location is not clear.

Everything. This place is so unique, interesting, artistic and so beautiful. We loved every moment there.
