Lovely studio flat, very modern and very clean and tidy!

I was staying at the apartment by myself, but I walked down to the place with my mum, and im so glad I did !! I got to the place in the dark and you had to go through a hole in the wall, down a dark alley, past this international muslim school, so it felt like you were walking into the wrong place. I was not inviting at all. I got a text from the owner who said to tell her when I got there because she was in a noodle bar. This was confusing at first because usually, the keys are usually just at the apartment in a safe box. The text had no name, so I did not know it was the host. It all made sense when I got to the apartment, where there was no key, and there was loads of stuff all around the room (i could just see through the window). The host took me from the studio apartment to what looked like a halfway house and said you can stay in here. I had paid for my own facilities I.e. toilet etc and she just gave me a room, next to a busy room. I said this is not what I paid for and explained I need a private bathroom for disability reasons. She said it was my fault, because I hadn't told her I had a disability. I rang booking.com and was greeted with AI, and the phone was put down on me three times. I have had extremely good experiences with booking.com up until this point, but I had never had to ring them before. So I was left with nowhere to stay for the night. I ended up looking at another couple of places of booking.com and went to visit them before booking, and they also looked like halfway houses. I ended up staying in an Ibis and booked it directly. The moral of the story is, do not stay here. It's not safe. But also do not trust the places that booking.com put on here. Do your own research. I was supposed to be alone all night (thanks mum for being there), and this would have been very scary ( and I dont scare easily) and booking.com just left me stranded.

Private entrance, good amenities and great host.

A bit noisy from the adjacent wall where a storefront is. Sometimes got woken up at weird times where work was starting but was nothing crazy!

Clean and comfortable bed, spacious, cute decor, great location, easy to get Ubers into City and plenty of shops and takeaway places close to the flat.

Poor cleanliness on surfaces, sink and floor. Apart from the bed. The bed was very clean.

Wonderful stay! Up for a wedding and this was the perfect spot- clean, spacious, quite. Mara is the perfect host- met us at the property showed us where we could park etc. very welcoming and generous ( we were late arriving due to traffic) - would absolutely stay again and would 100% recommend if you are looking for a lovely place to stay.
