This 345 m² home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and garden views. Two elegant master suites include king beds, private bathrooms, dressing rooms, and views of the pool and greenery. The two additional queen suites also offer luxurious finishes, Italian showers, and a tranquil ambiance.

The open-concept layout brings the outside in with large sliding glass doors that frame the lush gardens and pool. The cozy living room is outfitted with a plush sofa, vibrant artwork, tropical plants, and a large flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen features a 5-burner stove, marble breakfast bar, filtered water, and top-quality appliances. A grand dining table for 10 overlooks the pool, offering a beautiful backdrop for meals and gatherings.

This property is an Oasis of serenity! The floor plan is smart and perfect for couples or a large family. Each room offers privacy and comfort. The estate grounds offer security. Its a beautiful piece of property that is perfectly maintained minutes away from downtown with all the great restaurants and night life.

I stayed here with a couple of my girlfriends! The relaxation at the house and beach club mixed with the restaurants, beach and night life of Tamarindo was the perfect mix that we needed! There is so much to do around the location of the house like horse back riding on the beach, a spa day and art class. Just reach out to Jill, she has the BEST recommendations for anything you might need. Definitely coming back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful home near Tamarindo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings, the modern design of the house, and how thoughtfully everything was set up for guests.The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen and strong A/C to beach necessities and even a washer and dryer. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle each morning.The outdoor space was the highlight for us. We spent so much time lounging by the private pool, watching monkeys and tropical birds in the nearby trees. It truly felt like a hidden oasis. The sunsets were magical!The location was perfect. It’s just 25 minute drive to Tamarindo’s vibrant beach town, where we enjoyed amazing food, surfing, and shopping, but far enough away to feel peaceful and private when we came home. We also loved being close to a private beach club in the neighborhood. The host was kind, responsive, and super helpful with local recommendations. They clearly care about their guests’ experience, which made everything so easy and enjoyable.If you’re looking for a relaxing, tropical escape with a mix of adventure and tranquility, this is the place. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
