It is directly on the beach with ocean views from the main living space and the master bedroom! The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four or dine on the balcony to soak in the views! This is a pet friendly property.
This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex with an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is coastal and comfortable, a great area for watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, doing a puzzle on the dining table or just enjoying the wonderful views. Everything was great , it was easy check in , and the property was as it was in the picture you were right on the beach so it was as expected . It Was easy to drive to down town to see shops and restaurants only eight minutes away, so that was perfect.

Condo has great beach access, working elevator and parking. Close to many restaurants. TV and Wi-Fi connections excellent. Renovated about 4 to 5 years ago but not throughout.
