About this house rental
This updated home provides outstanding and unobstructed views of the ocean! There is a one way public sand road in front of the home with occasional vehicles; however, there are no buildings on the beach side of this road. So, you have an beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach in every direction!
The house has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The large covered front porch facing the ocean is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, catch the sunrise, or possibly watch the moon rise over the ocean! No matter the time of the day, you will find this a perfect spot to relax!
The kitchen is well stocked with all you will need to prepare your meals. The kitchen has updated appliances and new granite counter tops which provide lots of counter space for meal preparations. The breakfast bar with seating makes this a perfect gathering spot. The dining area is adjacent and has a table with seating for six.
The well appointed living room has three sofas and a large flat screen TV. One of the sofas is a queen sleeper which adds extra sleeping options. The sofas are perfectly arranged for conversation or watching your favorite TV program. Plus, you can enjoy the ocean views from here too!
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. A lovely, updated en suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower and very large closet. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second bathroom located in the hallway with vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Also on the lower, ground, level is a covered porch with table and chairs, an outdoor shower, utility sink, fish cleaning area, and a charcoal grill. And for even more convenience, there is a locked shed where you can store all of your fishing gear, bikes, boogie boards etc.
Parking is on both sides of the beach steps.
This is simply a great vacation rental home! We know you will love the island and most definitely, this wonderful beach house!

Love main beach area, quiet, this house perfect for 2-4 friends . Waves were perfect for the surfers on several weeks. Quiet area with safe opportunity to walk you pet on the beach road.
