About this house rental
Open great room for groups to hang out. Enjoy the deck with an amazing view and a 70 inch TV. Master bedroom is on main floor. Patio below with two bedrooms and "chill room"...options for exercise, games, movies, pull-out couch, twin bed. Garage has two car parking. Quiet neighborhood. One mile from Redlands Golf Course, Lunch Loops, and Colorado Monument. This is my home when not rented. It has full amenity kitchen, usually with all the staples, frozen items, even left overs...etc. Comfortable, clean and safe!

The owner is very welcoming and communicated with us throughout our stay. The view from the deck is spectacular. Would would stay here again if we ever travel to Grand Junction.
