This 1-bedroom condo directly faces the Gulf of Mexico shoreline. It is perfect for your escape to sunny Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island. This condo is located on the second floor above the free ground level parking. The Condo Building sits on the Golf of Mexico beach front. This condo is a corner unit with windows overlooking the pool and sliding door access to the screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf. For adults, beautiful sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico provide the perfect romantic evening. Enjoy your favorite drink overlooking the Gulf at the larger courtyard swimming pool area or privately in your exclusive room lanai. Enjoy the relaxing feel of the hot jacuzzi after swimming in the onsite heated pool. For those who wish to enjoy beach life, the resort has direct access to 7 miles of white sandy beaches. Familes with children are welcomed to enjoy the benefits offered at this resort.
The Caribbean Beach Club's location on Estero Island is ideal. It is less than 2 miles away from Lovers Key State Park and 5 miles away from down town Ft. Myers Beach. A public
trolley service operates near the Resort to downtown Fort Myers Beach City. The Fort Myers FL International Airport (RSW) is located 25 miles away. For those desiring shopping experiences, Miromar Outlet mall is 16 miles away. Unique shopping is also available in the City of Ft. Myers only 14 miles away and in Naples only 26 miles away.
Easy check-in & out and daily on site assistance is provided by the Resort's professional staff.
The rental period is weekly, SATURDAY to SATURDAY. All linens are provided. There is a midweek towel exchange on Wednesday and pool towels are provided. Also, all paper products are provided. Renters pay no cleaning fee but are accountable for any damages they may cause to the unit.
This condo offers private access. It accomodates upto 4 guests. It can be easily accessed by elevator. The condo is 1 floor covering 448 Sq Ft. It includes 1 queen size bed with a living room pull out double size sofa bed. The unit has an efficiency kitchen with complete cookware & dishware so you can cook with either a cooktop range or microwave convention oven. A full size refrigerator is also available for your use.
Our bathroom is moderate in size. It provides a walk in shower and hair dryer. All towels, including beach towels, are provided. Towel exchange is offered every Wednesday. Paper products are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash starter kits are provided.
Other inside amendities include air conditioning, free WIFI/cable and Smart televisions in both the bedroom and living room.
Outside amenities include free on-site parking and access to free use of washer and dryer units. Several free barbecue grills are available on site for your use. Easy access ice machines provide free ice.
Enjoy free coffee in the morning daily at 6 AM while waking up to a beautiful Floriday sunrise. Take a morning dip in the large heated pool or just rest by the pool on furnished lounge chairs with tables with and without umbrellas.
