At Shamron Beach you're just a short distance to the island's CVS drugstore and the newly restored Santini Plaza, where new shops, farmer's market and more are now open. On the north end of the island you'll find Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach and are alive with live music, restuarants and lots of people watching! Take the Island's Beach Trolley (when available) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!
