Villa Alcantara is an old country property with private swimming pool located near Randazzo, a quaint village on Mount Etna’s north slope.
The villa has been recently restored with great attention to detail, and it perfectly blends with the surrounding landscape. It features a lush, well-tended garden, with typical dry-stone walls, large terraces and a small, heated pool with sun terrace, the ideal place to relax.
The property consists of a main house where on the first floor we find the entrance, lounge, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a further bathroom.
On the second floor (sloping ceilings) are located 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, there is the annex where on the ground floor are found the living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
Villa Alcantara is equipped with all kind of comforts such as: wi-fi, TV, DVD/CD player, fully equipped kitchens with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
This property is Ideal for a family or a small group of friends looking for a pleasant, relaxing holiday, and it is also the perfect starting point to explore the Etna Park with its gorgeous natural scenery and villages full of gastronomic delights and fascinating traditions. A short drive away are also Taormina, Catania and Syracuse.

Minimum stay 7 nights; Arrival day: Saturday only from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00 (early checkout € 30).
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
City tax not included: according to the local law.

We had a wonderful 4 week vacation in this beautiful villa - perfect for our family of 9.
We had regular visits from the caretaker Franco who assisted with minor questions and brought fresh linen. The outdoor area with grill and large table is perfect for large groups and the 2nd kitchen in the adjacent villa convenient for preparing meals. The heated pool was really appreciated especially in cooler October mornings where the water was always warm.
We visited several of the local vineyards, Bronte - the pistachio capital, Taormina for shopping and opera, Naxos for the beaches and of course the majestic Etna.
A big thank you to the owner who paid a short visit during the grape harvest and provided us a private tour of the first floor (and a couple of bottle's of his wine) where wine was made by his ancestors over 100 years ago. Sicilian hospitality at its best !
