This luxurious 5-bedroom mansion is in Apecchio. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a family and can accommodate 16 guests. It has a shared swimming pool for you to enjoy a refreshing dip on a hot summer day.
The restaurants are 3 km from the mansion if you would like to dine out. You can stock up the essentials from the local grocery store only 7 km away. The mansion is 1 km from the lake if you would like to go on a picnic with everyone.
There is a shared furnished garden to lie down in the sun and linger with a drink. A barbecue is in place for you to enjoy a hearty family meal on the private terrace. Parking and paid heating are available for your convenience. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed on the property. Play equipment is there for the little ones.
You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Staff were friendly when we checked in, making sure we felt welcome right away. The garden was nice to stroll through in the evenings, very enjoyable experience overall.

Working remotely here worked out great for me. Fast internet and enough quiet space to enjoy my time by the pool were key during my visit.

I came alone to explore Apecchio and found this mansion cozy and inviting. Just a quick drive to local attractions gave me plenty of options after long days of sightseeing.
