relaxing stay close to some good bike riding and Monte. Nerone.

I was greeted on arrival and shown straight to my room, which had enough facilities for cooking etc (No oven, which is stated). The room is a good size and has a small balcony with a couple of seats and a table. The Agriturismo is large, but was very quiet when I stayed. Location is good, with a CONAD just down the road. I was offered fresh produce grown in the garden and eggs which was unexpected but very welcome!

Arrival access is explained as it seems that Google maps thinks there is a different route, which can be confusing. Annoyingly, even though the farmhouse was mostly vacant, guests who smoked were put below my room on the last couple of days, and so the experience could have been more positive.

Great stay! Totally recommend.

Great location to explore Umbria, Montone and nearby villages. Great recommendations from the staff about cheap good pizzerias, trattorias, pasticcerias, etc. Lovely stay in a 2BR apartment with everything you might need. It is an Agriturismo so you can even pick your own lettuce for your salad, take the eggs from the chicken coop every morning and swim and relax by the pool! Amazing.

Superb

Our hosts were very welcoming and although their English was limited and our Italian is very poor we managed. The properties were lovely, bed very comfortable and the pool was lovely and exceptionally clean. The property is quite remote so you definitely need a car

We struggled to find anywhere to eat in the town although that may be down to the time if our visit (not peak summer time). The kitchen facilities were ok to do basic cooking though and there is a bbq on site.

Wonderful location, was visiting in the off season, but they put a great breakfast together for just us. Not great at English (but not an issue), but did mean the extra bed wasnt made up.. would recommend...

Peaceful

The agriturismo is peaceful and beautiful. We took a walk around to see the garden where quite a lot of vegetables are growing. It was a really nice stay. In summer must be even nicer with its swimming pool.

Séjour loin du surtourisme dans un lieu très très agréable.

Appartement en rez de jardin pour une famille de 4 personnes de bonne superficie, ultra propre , literie très agréable et coin cuisine qui permet de cuisiner l’essentiel, salle de bain vaste. Un barbecue collectif est disponible , au feu de bois. Le lieu est splendide , entretenu tous les jours, telle que la grande piscine , les nombreux transats , le potager à disposition, le terrain de sport basket /foot/ tennis ( prévoyez ce qu’il faut selon votre sport ) et la salle de baby-foot / ping-pong. Le jardin est grand et magnifique offrant beaucoup d’ombre. Les propriétaires et Mariolina sont chaleureux et ont le soucis de répondre à chacune de vos questions ou besoin, font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour votre bien être. le lieu est calme mais en même temps une jolie atmosphère règne entre les vacanciers. Les enfants s’y sentent tous très bien. Comme les parents. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Staff preciso e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità, fantastica la possibilità di usufruire di frutta e verdura direttamente dall'orto.

Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per visitare le più belle località umbre, l’ambiente è familiare e lo staff gentilissimo. L’orto a disposizione degli ospiti è una piacevole sorpresa che non abbiamo mai trovato altrove. La signora Mariolina eccezionale.

Perfetto per famiglie

L'appartamento è molto ampio, accoglie più che bene una famiglia di 4 persone. È dotato di cucina, terrazzo per mangiare esternamente ed oltre alla piscina è possibile usufruire dei prodotti del bellissimo orto dell'agriturismo.

Bardzo dobre położenie do zwiedzania Umbrii i Toskanii. Duży basen otoczony zielenią, codziennie czyszczony, duża ilość leżaków i możliwość odpoczynku w cieniu drzew. Apartament czysty, wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty, bardzo miła i chętna do pomocy obsługa .Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Goście mają możliwość korzystania z ogródka warzywnego (cukinie, pomidory, bakłażany).

Przydałoby się lekko odświeżyć ściany, dodać kilka gniazdek elektrycznych. Takie drobne szczegóły jak ręczniki papierowe czy butelka wody na powitanie byłyby miłym akcentem. Sala zabaw też wymaga odświeżenia i nowego sprzętu.

Un paradiso in mezzo alla natura

Posto grande, ben tenuto e accogliente! Piscina bella e sicura per i bambini, sempre disponibile, con lettini e sdraio e doccia. Possibilità di prendere qualche verdura dell'orto e di usare il barbecue. Dentro l'appartamento zanzariere a tutte le finestre e un ventilatore in caso di bisogno. Tutto molto pulito. Nel dettaglio in casa c'erano bagnoschiuma e saponette, asciugamani delle 3 grandezze, asciugacapelli con diffusore, uno stendino, scopa e paletta, detersivo piatti, sale e ovviamente frigo, piano cottura e tutte le stoviglie. P. S. C'erano due gattoni uno dei quali molto coccolosa e ci ha tenuto sempre compagnia. Esperienza ottima da rifare!!!!

Io avrei messo anche dell'olio e un detersivo per lavare qualche panno a mano.

Posizione,in mezzo alla natura, orto e uova fresche a disposizione, una bellissima piscina perfettamente tenuta,personale gentilissimo, pulizia ottimale. Mini appartamenti dotati di tutto, e molto graziosi.

Un lugar idílico. Viajamos por motivos de trabajo y el descanso que necesitábamos al volver al alojamiento estaba asegurado. Las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y bien equipado. La persona que nos recibió era encantadora. Ojalá poder regresar en otra ocasión.

tranquillità della posizione però vicino ai centri principali come Città di Castello ed Umbertide. vicino si possono trovare supermercati e ristoranti. il mio appartamento era piccolo ma con tutti i confort necessari per soggiornare. posto auto e spazi aperti da poter visitare camminando. proprietari disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere alle richieste.

nel mio caso tutto bene anche se metterei tv nelle stanze ed una cappa per la cucina. però sono piccole cose. per il resto tutto ok.

Eccezionale! Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, posizione, luogo, tranquillità. Ci siamo proprio rilassati. Avendo una bimba piccola il bel giardino e la piscina sono l’ideale. Personale squisito, gentile e attento.
