This artfully decorated holiday home in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina has 3 bedrooms for 8 people. Ideal for families and friends travelling together, there is a shared swimming pool where you can relax and take a refreshing dip in the sunny summers.Stock up your kitchen essentials from the grocery store 2.5 km away. You can play a game of tennis 2 km away with your pals. The kitchen has amenities for all your cooking needs including a coffee machine for a hot cuppa in the morning. The heating facility keeps you warm and cosy indoors. Relish your favourite beverage in the well-manicured garden amid conversations. Prepare a barbecue meal and enjoy it with your pals. In your leisure time, there is a table tennis table and play equipment for enjoyment. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
Note: Any check-in taking place late (after 10 pm), there should be an extra charge. Regarding the restaurant, a reservation is necessary for us (usually by 12 pm): this could also be done via email or SMS, especially on Saturdays when we have apartment turnovers.

Ontvangst was prima, niet uitgebreid maar het was goed. Accommodatie is zoals we verwacht hadden, wat gedateerd maar schoon. Af en toe een lampje o.i.d. vervangen is geen overbodige luxe. Het zwembad ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Dat is geen probleem want er komt nagenoeg geen verkeer langs. Het is ook slecht een tiental meter lopen. Omgeving is schitterend. Heuvelachtig mooi een mooi panorama.

Bij aankomst was een vriendelijke man die ons in gebrekkig Engels hielp. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en de kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Er is voldoende ruimte voor je spullen. De keuken inventaris vind ik matig met twee gezinnen. De omgeving is prachtig, net als het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad en het huis. In de omgeving is weinig activiteit voor kinderen. Voor de rest kun je in de omgeving leuke en mooie dorpjes bezoeken en een markt.
