this villa is an independent stone farmhouse located at the foot of the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, just 5km away. The property is set within a large fully fenced garden where we find various relaxation and play spaces . Ideal place for families, has a large field (used to play football) and a pool area fenced and protected by entrance gate. The swimming pool (measures 10x5 meters, deep from 1,230 to 1,80 meters) is complete with deckchairs and well exposed to the sun during the day and enjoys a beautiful view of the city of Cortona. In front of the kitchen there is a pergola where you can find a large table to eat outside. In the property you will also have space to park your cars. Interior Description This villa can accommodate up to 8 people (3 bedrooms + a sofa bed). It is on two levels connected both internally with a spiral staircase and also by an external stone staircase. On the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a large living room where you will have a large dining table, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed if requested), TV and fireplace. Adjacent to the living room we find the kitchen, fully equipped to cook your favorite dishes and with a second dining table as well as a convenient exit to the outdoor pergola. Complete the ground floor a spacious bedroom with double bed, sofa and armchair, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor we find a second living room with sofa, fireplace and kitchenette and then continue in the sleeping area where we find a first bedroom consisting of a double bed (in the room there is also a single bed on request) and a second bedroom also with double bed and wardrobe and characterized by the exit to a beautiful and large panoramic terrace.
