The ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining room, an area with a billiard table, an elegant living room with sofas and fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor is accessible via an internal or external staircase, which leads to a relaxation area with a view of the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The large garden houses a beautiful swimming pool (12x6 m) equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool is a veranda with an outdoor kitchen, tables and chairs for enjoying delicious Tuscan dishes al fresco.
A visit to Arezzo will help you discover one of the most historical and artistic cities in Tuscany. Within an hour's drive you can reach Siena, Pienza and the Val d'Orcia, Cortona and the Chianti hills.
