    The hotel is quite pricey, likely because it’s one of the few options in the area. However, the overall experience did not match the cost. Most of the staff appear to be trainees (OJTs), and management seems lacking, as service was inconsistent. I requested to have my breakfast served in my room, which was confirmed, but it never arrived. This kind of oversight was disappointing and reflects poor coordination and service reliability.

    Easy to book and very convenient. Me and my sister stayed for one night because we missed the last trip. Comfortable stay and helpful staff.

    First thing, I don’t what kind of hotel bar has 15-20 different bottles of liquor clearly in stock, but tells you that can only make TWO cocktails. Tequila sunrise and Pina Colada. Gross. Ordered the “family size” appetizer order of wings. Got 5 COLD, small little wings that were horrible. Then found out the restaurant staff was “immersion students” basically people that have no idea how to do a job, trying to figure it out as they go. It’s not my roll to be a test dummy for your inexperienced and LAZY kitchen & bar staff. All in all the rooms are nice and clean. But the restaurant & bar sucks. Don’t waste your time or money.
