    Stayed here as close walking distance to St Pancras International Station for Eurostar. Room was adequate for an overnight stay. Only issue is as we had to leave so early we could not take anything for breakfast as it opened at 6am. Breakfast was part of my deal too.

    Excellent location a bit off the beaten track, really friendly staff it’s a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and a really good breakfast and will 100% recommend and stay again.

    Irs about a 15min walk from Kings cross tube sation.. Its basic and needs some updating and painting in the rooms. it doesn't have air con and they provided a fan but the room was unbearable in the heat in July in London and we struggled to get any sleep for the 2 nights. There is no house keeping and even though we put the sign on the door to refresh the tea/coffee etc that didn't happen. we had to go to reception to ask for extra provisions etc. The breakfast was good and overall for what we paid it was good value especially for London.
