Discover this charming 100 m² wood-frame chalet, built in 2024, which combines modern comfort and a warm atmosphere. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the chalet is located only 3 minutes by car from the port of Sciez and its beach (15 minutes to 👣 )

On the first floor, a functional entrance with shoe cabinet opens onto a large living room of 40 m², including:
• A cosy living room with sofa, armchairs and large screen TV (140 cm)
• A large modular table that can accommodate up to 10 people
• An open and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and central island with bar table and 4 high chairs
A pantry, a laundry room with washing machine and a separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs, three spacious and bright bedrooms:
• Léman Room (13 m²): 160 cm double bed, wardrobe, desk and wall-mounted TV
