We had a great and quiet new years stay at Emmanuels place. We really enjoyed the calm neighbourhood, it was easy to reach and there is lots to do around. It's a 20 min drive to the next ski resort and around 10 min to the supermarket. We would defiantly consider coming back!

Great place to stay

We stayed several times in this chalet and enjoyed it very much. Especially with the new room downstairs it is perfect for us, family of 4 and dogs, to stay and have lots of space. Not far from skiing.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance avec le temps qui était de la partie. Le chalet est idéalement situé à moins d'une heure des principaux sites (Chamonix - Léman - Sixt Fer à cheval - Annecy ...) La vallée dans lequel il se trouve est très jolie et calme, il est de plus très bien équipé. Le propriétaire que nous n'avons eu que par téléphone est resté disponible et à notre écoute. Bref vous pouvez réserver sans soucis.

Nice, well equipped and proper chalet on holiday park. Beautiful garden and sitting area, quiet, also nice for our dog. The use of the tennis court was pleasant. Location central to many activities in the surrounding woods, Geneva and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Nice and very helpful landlord. Master bedroom only accessible through narrow stairs. Bed with electric head- and feetlifter on the first floor. Bedsheets option would have been good. We liked our stay very much and would come again in autumn sometime.

Niché dans une petite vallée au coeur de Ley, ce grand chalet familial a su combler les coeurs. Il apporte une ambiance chaleureuse mais aussi calme. La maison comporte un extérieur et, plus loin, un champ dans lequel vaches et chevreuils sont de la partie le soir. La cuisine toute équipée et le salon spacieux offrent un agréable espace de vie pour toute la famille. Nous avons bien profité de ce joli chalet et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir waren im Juli 2017 mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund im Chalet zu Gast. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt um erholsame Ferien zu machen. Der Gastgeber war sofort bereit, den defekten Sonnenschirm zu ersetzen. Der größzügige Garten war natürlich ideal zum faulenzen und zum Spielen mit dem Hund (Airedale-Terrier). Auch Internet funktionierte probelmlos. Steile Treppe zum unteren Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Supermarkt etwa 15 km Entfernung - aber umfangreiches Angebot, auch glutenfreie Lebensmittel. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden bei Bedarf gerne wiederkommen.
