Ideal for gathering family and friends, four separate homes allow privacy while keeping everyone close. Each delightfully decorated home has a king bed, queen bed, queen-size sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, and more.
Pets are welcome with a pet fee; and the kiddos will be right at home with board games, activities, and a smart TV in each home.

Truly the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The houses were adorable and so clean and comfortable. Lots of parking in the back. Conveniently located to lots of Waco attractions. Host responded so quickly and was kind abd accommodating. Can not recommend this enough!

Best VRBO ever! Perfect for large gatherings but the added privacy of a 2 bedroom apartment all at the same time! 4 separate apts all opening into a common courtyard is the answer! All decorated in the very best ways! Grandma can take a nap in her unit while the kids play a loud game next door! Win-Win! All units are yours when you rent and it's so easy to visit when you want to and have privacy when you want it! Hosts were awesome and communication was perfect! You'll love all of the small touches like large, soft towels! Well stocked kitchens and baths and extra bedding! Most importantly, this is very clean and it's well thought out! Parking was plentiful as well and free! We will stay here again and highly recommend!

Rooms were very well designed and comfortable. Many amenities both inside the rooms and out in the courtyard. The location is great - close to everything. Definitely coming back!
