Our group was celebrating our high school reunion and consisted of 5 different families with teenage kids. The house was great with plenty of beds, different floors for people to have their own time or be part of the group, a great big table for everyone to congregate, and the location was close to restaurants, coffee shops, tourist attractions, bars - everything 5 different families could want! It’s an awesome house and hit all the notes we were looking for!!

The home is just right for certain parties... there is a huge dining room and spacious kitchen. There are many bedrooms. the only negatives were that there is no true master suite so everyone must use hall baths and there is not much family room space, but we used the huge dining room to gather and visit.It worked great for us in this instance but if you need a master bath or family room, make note of that.Owner was very helpful and responsive.
