With amenities like new A/C units in every bedroom and living room, WiFi, washing and drying machines, complete kitchen and private garage for a COMPACT CAR or small SUV, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free.
The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience.
Leave your car home and walk 5 minutes to Quepos center where you'll find many different types of restaurants and cafeterias with an exquisite variety of foods and also plenty of shops and about 5 supermarkets if you want to buy any groceries to cook at home.
Or take a 15 minute drive to MANUEL ANTONIO NATIONAL PARK and enjoy one of the most beautiful wildlife tours in Costa Rica or just relax in the park's sunbathed beaches. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
-Garage and patio are equipped with motion sensing lights.
-Living room, kitchen, dining area , both bathrooms, stairs and upstairs hallway are equipped with emergency lights that would work at a lower intensity for about 4 to 7 hours.
-Our A/C units are SMART, if you leave doors or windows open for too long these units will shut themselves OFF, this is to prevent cool air to escape room, if this was to happen just close door or window and turn a/c on with the remote control
