This apartment is a great choice for those who are looking for simple accomodations near everything. Right next to the park, 5 mins from the beach. Several resturants are within 5 mins. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is an open layout, so no walls, for those traveling with others who may want privacy. As a solo traveler, it was perfect. There was 24 hour security as well.

AC worked well; there was hot water; the bed and pillows were comfortable. The extra sink was helpful to do laundry and a clothes rack to dry the clothes in the sun on the balcony. It was SUPER close to the park entrance and a very short walk along a path to the beach.
We would have appreciated a couple of hangers and a couple of washcloths and smaller towels. These weren’t a game changer for us.

really close to Manuel Antonio National Park, beach and Restaurants
The appartement was really damaged, nothing worked properly - the bathroom door couldn‘t be closed, shower was broken and after a shower the whole bathroom was wet, just hot water in bathroom sink (brushing your teeth is quite hard then), no coat hangers at all in the appartement (not even for towels) the kitchen is hardly equipped with cutlery etc. we told the owner about the problems but he knew already. in all you can expect a better maintenance for the price.
