Un sitio curioso, como sacado de una película de los años 70, pero con unas instalaciones comunes más que dignas. El vecindario brilla por su ausencia más allá de los demás propietarios/usuarios del condominio. Entrada self service y sin necesidad de contacto con el propietario. Hay un par de panaderías buenas a tiro de coche para un desayuno, si no has pasado antes por el supermercado para llenar la enorme nevera. Un buen lugar para hacer parada entre Corcovado y San José.

El apartamento es enorme, y algunas partes del mobiliario están pidiendo una renovación, así como los baños.

the apartment was good, facilities good.

on arrival the water heater did not work. I showed the staff that it did not work but nothing happened and we had no hot water during our stay. After leaving we received a message to say the AC was broken and we had to pay for repairs. The AC was working fine at the time we left and worked all the time we were at the site. The message said that the apartment is always checked before each guest arrives to ensure everything is working. obviously this is not true as the water heater did not work when we arrived and still did not work when we left.
