Exceptionally helpful. They met us in town to take us up, gave us a tour of the property, and made sure we planned our activities with reputable companies. Excellent!

Beautiful location the house was really spacious and open, the owner was really nice and friendly.it was the highlight of my kids trip the owner was really friendly and gave us a tour to the most beautiful waterfall my kids loved it. It was really nice to disconnect from the outside and really spend time with the family. It is really is in the middle of the jungle.
There was no WiFi and the communication between the staff was not very detailed
