We had a great time staying here. The house is nice. Location is great. They had a lot of accessories for the beach and/or sound side in the garage. The only thing you might want to bring is a beach buggy or cart to help carry your stuff to the beach. It has a beach area on the sound side perfect for little ones. I enjoyed fishing off the doc and it includes a boat slip if you have a boat. The host was awesome and gets right back with you if you have any questions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Floors needed a better cleaning, both by mop and vacuum. Need to have tools to unlock interior doors. Door to children’s bedroom was apparently in the lock position and when door was closed it was locked. (16 month old was in the crib we brought and was crying and we couldn’t get in to her, after trying a wire to unlock the door). Had to drive appropriately 20 minutes one way to Lowe’s to get the tool to open the door. Beds are very uncomfortable. Now to the great stuff: house has a wonderful layout, love the large kitchen and deck. Downstairs amenities are great (even though we didn’t use them). Great selection on the sofas! Super location as easy access to the pool and beach. Also very walkable to pier and restaurants. Would we book this place again? Yes.

Great location. Easy walking distance to the beach and pier. The sound is right behind the house with easy access. This house was very nice with all the amenities that one needs.
