Slice of Paradise! Includes kayak, pool, tennis, 2 balconies

Great property, the AC units shut off everyday, I don’t know if they were on a timer or what, but it would take several hours to cool down, but with the pool literally outside the door, keeping cool was no problem, definitely would stay there again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property — it truly exceeded all of our expectations for a family getaway.The home itself is wonderful, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the kitchen to all the little conveniences that make traveling easier, it felt comfortable, functional, and truly like a home away from home.The standout feature for us was the incredible proximity of the pool — just steps from the back door (about 20 feet). It made the entire trip so easy and relaxing, especially with kids. We could effortlessly go back and forth between the house and the pool all day long. We also just watched the kids from our back deck during happy hour. The deck takes the experience to another level. Overlooking both the pool and the private community beach, it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening. The sunsets from the deck, with views over the pool and the Gulf sound, were absolutely breathtaking — easily one of the highlights of our trip. We also saw dolphins, which they kids loved.We also liked the extra touches, like having canoes available for heading out to the beach — such a fun and unique bonus that our family really enjoyed.The location is ideal. It’s peaceful and family-friendly, yet still within easy walking distance to restaurants, making it simple to grab a meal without needing to drive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Excellent hosts!

Great interior design, very spacious. They clearly take pride in their property and make sure their guests are happy and comfortable! Great location with lots of fun activities to do on the property and nearby. Thanks so much for having us! We look forward to staying again soon!

Our group of five adult family members (and one tiny Yorkie) were very comfortable and found the townhome to be clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. Property manager Heidi went overboard to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the sound was beautiful from the living room and upstairs den. Some of us went out on the private pier to watch the sunset (gorgeous) and we also watched from the third-floor balcony. The bed was SO comfy, and I loved the huge master bath. I would definitely recommend this location to friends.
