Beautifully appointed with plenty of outdoor areas including a hot tub on the top level! Off street parking includes garaging for two cars.
This 3 story luxury Mediterranean townhouse is tastefully furnished and beautifully appointed with everything guests will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
On the second floor the living, full chefs kitchen and dining are arranged in an open plan configuration with French doors opening out to a sheltered sunny balcony with out door seating. There is a fabulous gas fireplace for cosy evenings in.
On the ground level are two stylish queen bedrooms. Bedroom 1. opens up to the courtyard area with outdoor dining. It has a small desk for those needing to work from home. The second queen bedroom has internal access to the main bathroom. Also on this level is internal access to the double garaging where you will find full laundry facilities.
On the third level the spacious master bedroom has a super king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe with ample space to unpack belongings. There is also a lovely second lounge that opens up to a rooftop seating area with hot tub and lovely views to the harbour.
I will be available, ready to assist you from 8am-6pm, 7 days a week. Whether you need recommendations for local attractions, assistance with reservations, or have any other queries, I am here to help. Shopping can be done for your arrival on request at an additional service fee.
Guests have full exclusive use of the property.
