Recently remodeled one bedroom unit on the bay walking distance to Bridge Street with amazing view of the bay and walk to the beach in a few minutes. Ground level four-plex remodeled with detail and quality. Rent one or rent them all for a larger gathering. Walk the beach, fish, swim, boat and then enjoy the bridge street area. Take a long bike ride along the nature trail. This home has an unobstructed view of the bay and a few minutes walking to the Gulf of Mexico. This home is located at 110 5th street south in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. This is on a corner lot wIth a wonderful view.This cottage has been loving updated with all new appliances, washer and dryer, refrigerator, new mitusibshi split systems, new kitchen and all brand bathroom as well. Nothing has been missed or spared. Porcelain plank wood flooring, king size bed as well as a large smart tv. Wifi included as well. New dock installed june 2019. All was fantastic, The only things this place is missing is a pool, and a decent place to sit outside.. the porch is not big enough for two people to sit in chairs, otherwise location, amenities, and cleanliness was perfect!

This one bedroom apartment is cozy and close to the beach and the bay. Close to the hop off hop on trolley and some really great eatery’s. Walked to a really nice coffee place and eat ate the bistro and a wonder Brazilian restaurant. Wendy Is easy to communicate with. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. She let us do an early checkin which was awesome.
