Accommodation: ARCACHON – JETÉE THIERS : LEARNING AT THE LITTLE OF RESIDENCE!On the 3rd floor with elevator of an elegant residence of the 1970s, studio of about 20 m2 completely renovated in May 2025, combining modern comfort and vintage charm. It can accommodate up to 3 people and has a nice balcony facing west, with clear views and side views of the famous Thiers Pier and the city centre beaches.The entrance leads to separate toilets and a bathroom equipped with a bidet. The main room, bright, offers a cleverly furnished space with a 140 cm pull-out bed that turns into a seat once folded, as well as a convertible armchair in an extra bed. A small table allows you to have meals inside, facing a TV. To the right, the functional kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic glass hobs, hood, combined microwave oven, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), toaster, kettle... The 8 m2 balcony allows you to enjoy the afternoon sun with a pleasant view of the pool. The whole has been carefully renovated, modernized without denying the charm of the typical materials and lines of the 70s. The location is ideal: the beach is literally at the foot of the building, as is a bike rental. A supermarket and bakery are just 60 metres away, making daily life convenient and enjoyable. The apartment does not have parking space. Animals are not allowed. The white linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: holidays33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership) and the end-of-stay household is included, subject to normal maintenance during the duration of the rental.
