Great property. Location as key for us. Super close to town and with all the weekend traffic that comes to Julian it was great to be able to walk into town easily. Place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed.

Clear instructions to get to home and access. Very clean, owner actively responsive. Wife and kids loved the location, walkable to Julian restaurants. Will be on our repeat list of rentals.

My wife and I loved the property, not only that but how private the yard and property are, it really feels like you are out on the mountains private and only being about a block away from the main street is impressive. Not to forget my Service dog had loads of fun running around in the yard. We also loved the view the property has especially for golden hour. For the inside of the property loved the high ceilings, everything just makes you feel cozy as soon as you walk past the door. We'll definitely be back soon for another getaway. Thank you very much to the amazing hosts, we are very much grateful!-Andrew & family
