About this house rental
Welcome to our pretty and peaceful house to offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family 5 minutes walk from the sea. It has a resolutely unique style. The view of the creeks is breathtaking. The garden bathed in sunshine from morning to evening allows you to enjoy the outdoors with your children.
You will find 3 bedrooms and a games room with sofa bed
There is access to the treadmill, table football, punching ball as well as to the laundry room: washing machine, dryer.

The accommodation
Welcome to "La Maison" our warm and sweet residence in which your stay will be pleasant and comfortable 5 minutes walk from the sea.
Many beaches along the Madrague de Montredon
Our house of 86m2 in Carrez law, also offers a floor area of 209m2, all bathed in sun from morning to evening. A staircase leads to the basement where the games room/cinema (video projector) is located. A 120x180 cm sofa bed can accommodate a child.
In the basement is also the garage in which you will have access to the treadmill, table football, punching ball and finally the laundry area which has a washing machine, a dryer and a sink.
The house has been completely renovated. This is our main residence, we have 3 children, it is a house that lives in which you will find some personal belongings.
On the first floor a beautiful living room is available to you, the kitchen is open to the living room as well as the patio with large bay windows which offers a beautiful perspective on the garden and the swimming pool.
The patio can be used to eat and cool off. This allows drafts and a blind protects you from the sun.
The living room is also equipped with a video projector on which you can connect to your channels by entering your login details (Disney +, Netflix...)
You will also have access to the new shower bathroom and WC on this first floor as well as the master bedroom with a view of the creeks, a 160x190 cm bed and a storage cupboard.
The first floor distributes 2 bedrooms of 9m2 and 10m2. One with a view of the sea and the other with a view of the creeks. One is composed of a 1-seater bed 90x 180cm (IKEA see photo), the other of a 90x190 cm single bed. Both bedrooms have a large independent dressing room.
A 10m2 salt water swimming pool in the 49m2 garden is installed out of sight. It has a protective barrier that we invite you to put on at night, when you are away and if you are accompanied by young children during your stay. A white shade sail is installed to allow you to stay sheltered from the sun in the garden.
An outdoor shower is mandatory before going to the pool to take care of it.
Finally, the garden and two of the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the hills called the calanques.
Comfortably installed in the garden furniture, you can drink an aperitif and nibble out of sight
