About this house rental
The home is nestled between vineyards, apple and cherry orchards. Conveniently located halfway up the Peninsula, minutes from a local market, several restaurants and many wineries. Downtown TC is less than a 15 minute drive from the home. Public beach and public boat dock within 10 minute drive. Many hiking trails a quick car ride away. This home is close to so many amenities, yet private and serene.
Main floor includes 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. Back bedroom is en-suite, while the second has a jack and jill bathroom.
Relax in the primary living area on the rich leather couch and chair, enjoying the view or a cozy fire.
Around the corner from the living room is the fully stocked kitchen and dining table, which seats 8.
On the back deck enjoy grilling dinner on the charcoal grill while watching the sun set. Space seats 8.
Past the kitchen and dining space you will find the office/ additional living room space with a door for added privacy. The couch folds out into a double bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the sweeping vineyard views from the couch.
