Unlike a cramped hotel, Porto Flats allows you to stretch your legs in a fully equipped apartment with elevator access, private entrance, and closed door bedrooms. Large, airy windows, private balcony, and luxurious finishes, gives you the sense of a European escape. Take a breather and explore the community grounds which includes a pond, gas fireplace, and Tuscan-inspired water fountain. End your day with a beautiful west facing view of the sunset.

Our management team is on-site for your convenience Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 12-4pm. Guests may email, call, text, or stop into the office during these times. Requests or questions after hours will be returned as soon as we can. For after hours maintenance emergencies, guests may call our office and select the maintenance emergency option to be connected with our maintenance technician.
Porto Flats is located on the desirable southeast side of Bloomington. It's just 1 mile to dining and shopping, 3.5 miles to Indiana University, and 4.5 miles to downtown. Take a walk or morning run through the many biking and walking path's or tree lined neighborhoods in the area. Make your way to Sherwood Oaks park via Olcott park, just 1 mile away, for peaceful stroll along Jackson creek.
Parking at Porto Flats is free and directly out back. Bloomington Transit route #5 picks up just yards away.
Porto is a quiet community, so please be mindful after 10:00pm.
