The house is nicely decorated and cute, the yard is nice, and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't ideal for me because there were loud parties at night 2 of the nights, and I was there to work in the very early morning. The host kindly provided earplugs, but it wasnt enough to block it out. The floors being bare concrete surprised me but they were clean and smooth (clearly i didnt read the listing closely enough). I appreciated the washer and drier with some detergent capsules. Furniture was a bit stained and not super comfortable. I had to fix the toilet i used about every 4 flushes because the flapper piece kept coming apart, which should be an easy fix. Overall it was comfortable and a nice house with ample space, but be aware that it is located among student housing if you visit when students are there and late parties are not your thing. The host was responsive and check- in was easy. The neighborhood is clean and felt safe.
