Amazing art is everywhere in this eclectic 3 bedroom, 1 bath retreat, just 2.5 miles to IU Memorial Stadium, 1 mile to College Mall, local markets, and the IU campus, and 15 miles to Lake Monroe. The proximity to IU was amazing so if you want to stay close, this is your place. I never got an email for check in or check out. The wifi did not work. Bathroom left a lot to be desired but living room and bedrooms were clean and neat. Communication with owner and manager was responsive but then they accused me of being rude and condescending via email and I did not appreciate that at all. Early check in in my book is not 3:50 for a 4 pm check in when the house was empty. Customer is always right but I guess they just dont think so!
