We were in Bloomington to visit family. Dennis and Brittany were very helpful and kind!The townhome was extremely clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated! There was a welcome basket filled with snacks. The kitchen was complete with dishes and towels.It is spacious and has 2 large TVs. The beds were comfortable.We will plan to stay here again when we are visiting Bloomington!

The space here was so so great for a family, a bathroom for each bedroom and half bath on the main level kept everyone happy. The main level kitchen and living room are close and flow well enough to keep everyone engaged while giving plenty of space for separate activities.The second living room downstairs that flows into the downstairs bedroom is a great quiet area for late night movies without disturbing the rest of the house.We loved this place and it made our trip very enjoyable!

We came for a long weekend but it was way too short! The accommodations were perfect for four of us to stay here while visiting to watch our daughter get her white coat at IU's School of Optometry. Even better, there was room for her to stay over too after our whirlwind couple of days exploring Bloomington and her school. Plenty of room to gather without falling all over each other. We all appreciated the coffee, snacks, and toiletry extras! If we come back, this is the place to stay!

Amenities were exquisite. Everything you would need was provided. Highly recommend this property and host. Host was very quick to remedy a kitchen disposal issue. Carpet looked to be brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. Great location near IU and downtown.

What a lovely place to stay. Every detail was wonderful- from snack basket in kitchen to "extras" in the bathrooms. Bedding and bath towels high quality. Unit is very up to date. Dennis was very responsive when we reported a " flood in the lower level, caused by a floor drain back up?" He called a plumber and handled all the follow up while we were out for the day. Great location for a visit to Bloomington.

Hoosier Happiness Too was so much nicer than we expected compared to the prior VRBOs that we have rented. The bedding was hotel quality, the towels were seemingly brand new, nice comfy bathrobes were provided along with some snacks and coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed - a full compliment of tableware, a cutting board, both a coffee maker and an electric teapot, cream and sugar, you name it, it was provided. The carpets were brand new (or at least felt like it), the smart TVs were new and worked fine. Check out was very simple and although we left the place as clean as we found it, the instructions didn't demand that we spend half a morning following instructions for check out. The location was convenient to campus, restaurants, shopping and the HIlly Hundred location. Dennis was very helpful before our rental, and besides having to call about the wifi initially, we had no need to contact the host about anything because everything went so smoothly during our stay. I highly recommend this property and applaud the Host team for a job well done.

What an amazing stay we had in this unit! It was clean, updated, and so beautiful, just like the pictures! What made this special was all the extra touches, we’ve stayed in many units where we had to run to the store for every little thing, but that was not the case here, they think of everything so you can focus on your trip.

We were 3 couples, over 65, coming from surrounding states to meet up for a friends reunion. While this property has a well-supplied kitchen, we chose to eat most meals out and used the owner's book of recommendations for inspiration. We sat around the large kitchen table and caught up over supplied coffee and bagged snacks. The location is great for driving to so many places but also in a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and a picnic shelter. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bath was the clincher to choose Happiness Too for each couple to have their privacy and the beds are so comfortable. It was PERFECT!

We went to Bloomington for a mom's weekend for my son's fraternity. I have stayed in my share of VRBO's but this one tops the list! The home is in an upscale neighborhood, which felt very safe and it was quiet at night. We were able to park our car right in front of the house with no issues. The location was less than 10 minutes from my son's apartment which worked out great. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with all of the amenities one would need for a weekend away. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet, with full length mirror for a dressing area. My friend and I had a wonderful weekend!! This house added to the ease of the weekend by making it perfect!! Thank you for our wonderful stay. I highly recommend this townhome.

We recently returned from a weekend at IU, visiting our two kids who are students there. Opting for a house over a hotel allows us to spend quality time together, share meals, and provides our kids a break from their usual living arrangements at the sorority house and apartment. "Hoosier Happiness" proved to be an excellent selection. Its location near College Mall meant we were just a short drive from IU, Fresh Thyme supermarket, and a variety of other dining and shopping options. The townhouse lived up to its online description - it was comfortable, modern, spacious enough for a family and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room boasted a nice TV - everything we could possibly need. The thoughtful touches like luxurious towels and bathroom amenities added to our comfort. Communicating with the property owner, Dennis, was a highlight; he was exceptionally welcoming and prompt in his responses. We will definitely stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay at Hoosier Happiness Too. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent is fully stocked so we didn’t have to bring any of that for our short stay. My sisters family and my family stayed here and it was nice to have two en-suites for the adults and a big basement for the 4 kids to sleep. We highly recommend!

This property was wonderful in every way. We hit town for a football weekend and found Hoosier Happiness Too the perfect place to stay. Communication with Dennis was very easy and always helpful.
