About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This house has 2 living areas: the living room with the TV and the loft full of toys.
Close to everything! Our 3 BR house is 10-15 minutes from IU Stadium, less than 15 minutes to the new IU health hospital, 20 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, and less than 20 minutes to Lake Monroe! The house is walking distance to stores and restaurants and a quick car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington.
The 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and there is a rollaway twin bed upon request.
The kitchen is fully functional with drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, bakeware, pizza/cookie sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay.
There is space to park 4+ cars in the parking area.
To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.
Guests will have access to the entire main floor (3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen/dining, living area, laundry room) and the upstairs loft area.
The basement is not part of the listing.
Hosts are available by the app, cellphone, and text.
On the edge of a shopping district but heading into rural neighborhood. House is located on a main road.
Right on a main road and just minutes to I-69.

Needed a place for Dad’s weekend at IU on a busy football weekend and this house was perfect. Very clean, nice 3 bedroom. Well furnished and good location for accessing campus from multiple routes. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
