Balcón de la Loma is a fresh and modern vacation rental, ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a wonderful getaway. Located on the lush green hill of Loma del Gato in Almuñécar, this spot offers peace, space, and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding hills.
The Terracotta Room features a comfortable double bed (160x200), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a spacious built-in closet. The Green Room has a bunk bed with a double bed (150x200) on the bottom and a single bed (90x200) on the top, ideal for children or friends. It also features air conditioning and ample closet space. The linens are changed every three days to ensure everything stays fresh and neat.
The bathroom features a lovely rain shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towels ready for your use. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Everything you need to easily prepare a meal is provided.
The bright living room is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area, a dining area, and a smart TV. From the living room, you can enjoy views of the sea and the garden. Outside, you’ll find your own terrace with a lounge area, a dining table with a parasol, and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying long, balmy evenings.
In the large garden, surrounded by fruit trees, there’s a refreshing wading pool and several quiet nooks where you can sit, read, or simply do nothing at all.
Balcón de la Loma is situated in a quiet, green area, yet it’s easily accessible. The access road is fully paved, and there’s ample parking right next to the property. Although traveling by public transportation is possible, we recommend renting a car. This way, you can explore the surrounding area at your own pace, from the beaches along the coast to the charming villages and impressive natural scenery in the region.
