About this villa rental
The luxurious Villa Buganvilla is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Salobreña. It features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, and a washing machine. The host provides guests with fresh eggs and homegrown fruit. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The property also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and various small appliances and coffee makers.
A filtered water tap supplies drinking water, so you won’t need to buy bottled water. There is another apartment on the upper floor with a separate entrance, but it belongs to the owners and remains unoccupied during your stay, ensuring your privacy.
The property features a private garden with a year-round pool and hot tub. There is also a covered and an open private terrace with seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. A barbecue area with a sink and a small fridge is also available.
Despite the villa’s peaceful location, all essentials are just a short drive away. The nearest restaurant is 6 minutes by car (3.7 km) and the closest supermarket is 7 minutes by car (4.4 km). The stunning Playa de Cabria is 11 minutes away by car (5 km). Málaga - Costa del Sol Airport is 1 hour and 4 minutes by car (94.9 km).
Opposite the development, a path leads to a small cove with a pebble beach and crystal-clear water, ideal for fishing and diving. Parking spaces are available.

Pros: cette maison comme l indique le titre ,et un vrais paradis pour passer des vacances en famille ou en amies.Je recommande fortement cette adresse a toutes ma famille ,amies ou collègues de travail.Je n en dirais pas plus,a vous d avoir cette magnifique surprise de découvrir se petit coin de paradis.

VI HAR NU LEJET HUSET FOR ANDEN GANG,TILDELS FORDI KOMMUNIKATIONEN MED UDLEJER GÅR SMERTEFRIT, HUSET ER VELHOLDT, OG ALT, OGSÅ TEKNIK, WIFI,TV ETC. VIRKER UDEN PROBLEMER, VI FIK ENDDA UDLEJER TIL AT INDSTILLE PARABOL EFTER VORES ØNSKE.
DET ER HOVEDSAGLIGT TERASSEN SOM TILTRÆKKER OS, MED DEJLIG POOL,SOLSENGE OG GRILL,MEGET VELHOLDT M SMUKKE BLOMSTER OG PLANTER.

Pros: Wir waren Anfang Juni für zwei Wochen In der "Villa Bouganvilla". Der Emailkontakt mit Jose war sehr hilfreich. Die Anfahrt war dank der guten Wegbeschreibung problemlos. Die Begrüßung vor Ort war sehr gastfreundlich , alles wurde genau genau von Jose erklärt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Schon beim Betreten des Grundstückes waren wir vom atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer mehr als überwältigt..... Das Grundstück ist von Jose mit viel Liebe gepflegt, der Pool war stets sauber, die Vielzahl der Pflanzen blühten dank seines grünen Daumens. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig... Die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt und die Technik im und ausserhalb des Hauses war grandios. (TV auf der Terrasse, WLAN bis auf die Aussenbereiche....). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen!!! Liebe Grüße an Jose, seine Frau Silvia und die Kids!
