Ideally located just 200 meters from the lake beach and 700 meters from the nearest amenities, the apartment is set in a natural and secure environment, free from car traffic. The residence has a communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09, a tennis court, and a petanque court. You will enjoy direct access to the bike paths for walks around the lake, on foot or by bike.

Important information:
A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival by credit card imprint.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is not equipped with Wi-Fi.
A private parking space is available within the residence.

The end-of-stay cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be returned tidy and cleaned.
A cleaning deposit of 80 euros by credit card (unbilled bank imprint) will be requested upon arrival.
Outside the summer period, an additional 25 euros per week for heating will be added to the displayed rate (to be paid to the agency).
