It includes: On the ground floor: a living room with table and chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table, bay window opening onto the covered terrace with garden furniture, kitchenette with microwave, electric oven, induction hob, pantry with washing machine and refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed. Upstairs: mezzanine with sitting area (sofa and TV), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Garden closed and raised. Large garage ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards... Capacity: 6 people
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€). Idéale avec un chien, placée un peu trop près du rond-point, propreté médiocre, maison agréable dans l'ensemble, à proximité du lac marin.

Maison agréable clôturé. Idéale pour un chien de toute taille. Maison proche du lac à 5min à pied. Et la plage est à 20min à pied. Proche de la pinède. Agréable pour se balader et faire du vélo.
Je précise que le lac côté Soustons plage et la plage accepte les chiens. En revanche le lac côté vieux Boucau n'accepte pas les chiens.
Je recommande donc cette maison et cet endroit
