About this house rental
Located in a pedestrian residence, charming small semi-detached house of 37 m2 fully equipped and recently renovated.
It includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140cm),
a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make 1 double bed),
a shower room with WC,
a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher)
and a beautiful uncovered terrace with awning of 10m2 facing East with 1 table and 4 garden chairs.
Located in the holiday residence "Les Villas du Lac" in Soustons Plage:
Unheated outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September)
Wading pool
Multi-sports field
Boulodrome
Ping pong
3 tennis courts
Mini golf
Children's playground
Parking (at the entrance, limited spaces, subject to availability).
In an area of 5 hectares, the Residence les Villas du Lac consists of apartments and maisonettes around the swimming pool and the children's wading pool (open from 10 am to 8 pm).
The residence is fully fenced and a code allows you to enter.
The car stays in the free parking lot located at the entrance (limited spaces).
There are many cycle paths as well as the Vélodyssée.
The marine lake of Albret de Soustons is 2 minutes away and the ocean is 5 minutes away (supervised beaches of Soustons Plage) by bike.
Bike rental possible in the residence in season.
The on-site restaurant and bar are open from 20 June to 5 September (take-away, bread delivery).
No equipment rental on site for tennis, mini-golf and table tennis.
Laundromat (for a fee) within the Residence.
Free shuttles in summer.

- No wifi.
- Linen is not provided.
- Deposit requested on arrival of 300€: Uncashed check, returned within one week after departure.
- Cleaning, which is mandatory, must be carried out by the tenant before departure. We ask you to: empty the bins, the fridge and the dishwasher.
- Your arrival can be self-contained with a key box.
- Our animal friends are not allowed.

Communication with the landlord was friendly and fast.
They even let us check in a little earlier because we arrived early.
The cottage was as described and the area pleasant and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and getting fresh baguettes and pains aux chocolat at the restaurant by the pool.
The parking lot is a little walk (about 5 minutes) from the house
The nearest beach is a five minute drive away.
We did miss not having having wifi- that was a little inconvenient.
But everything else was really beautiful and pleasant. We had a wonderful vacation and can really recommend the place.
