About this house rental
Charming warm house for up to 6 people in the holiday village Les Villas du Lac between Soustons and Vieux Boucau. In the residence you can enjoy the swimming pool and its wading pool, 3 tennis courts, petanque court, mini golf, multi-sports ground, children's playground.
The house is composed on the first floor: a living room nicely decorated in seaside style, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs: a bedroom with double bed 140 and large cupboard, a bedroom with bunk beds 2X140 and large closet.
You can also enjoy a furnished terrace with plancha available
Vehicles are prohibited from driving inside the residence
Swimming pool open from the beginning of April to the end of September
Weekly rental, arrivals and departures ONLY ON SATURDAYS
Pets not allowed
BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
Cleaning will be done by you at the time of departure and a 50e CLEANING DEPOSIT CHEQUE will be requested on your arrival (not cashed)
TOURIST TAX to be paid on site
This house is our personal second home that we rent out, we base ourselves on trust and we count on the respect of everyone to leave the accommodation clean and in the same condition as it was found when we arrived.
The location of the residence is ideal for discovering the Landes, the Basque country, the gastronomy of the south-west and its various festivities, all on foot or by bike thanks to the many cycle paths that surround the residence. Access in a few minutes to the marine lake, the beaches (1km) and the village where you will find all the essential shops as well as various activities (golf, surf school, water activities, tree climbing, water park, horseback riding...)
You can also visit in the surrounding area: Hossegor, Seignosse, Cape Breton, Moliets 15 minutes away, Bayonne and Dax 30 minutes away or Biarritz, St Jean de Luz or Spain 40 minutes away
