Self check-in is easy and convenient with a smart lock system—no need to meet anyone in person. The home is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

No smoking inside the house
Only registered guests are allowed on the property
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pets allowed only with prior approval and pet fee
Hot Tub:
Please rinse off before entering
No glass in or around the hot tub
Always cover the hot tub when not in use
Safety & Security:
Fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are under the kitchen sink
Please do not tamper with the security cameras outside the property
Other Notes:
The desert gets cold at night—bring a jacket if stargazing
Be mindful of wildlife in the area

Special Promotion Notice
We are currently offering a promotional rate based on double occupancy (2 guests). The base price includes the use of one bedroom. For every additional two guests, one more bedroom will be opened for use:
1–2 guests = 1 bedroom
3–4 guests = 2 bedrooms
5–6 guests = 3 bedrooms
7–8 guests = 4 bedrooms
If extra rooms are used beyond this structure without prior notice, an additional cleaning and usage fee will apply.
Please let us know in advance how many rooms you plan to use so we can prepare the space accordingly and avoid any surprise charges. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Property was very nice and as expected. House was clean and well maintained. There were a few issues with the owner not knowing I paid and didnt give the door code but I think that was VRBOs fault and the issue was handled quickly

Amazing house!! What a great place. Our friends stayed just for a night to celebrate a birthday and catch a show at Pappy and Harriets. It was the perfect getaway under the stars. We loved the hot tub, beds were comfy - everything was clean and perfect.

For some reason the host was not aware we were coming, even though i had a confirmation number and all pricing and fees had already been charged to my card months before. Property is beautiful, but was dirty: trash on bathroom counter, dirty sheets, hair all over floors and toilet areas. There was no wifi due to an upside balance, so we were without service the entire time, making it difficult to try to resolve any issues. Host was able to get ahold of if drove somewhere to find service, but very inconvenient. Overall, beautiful property, but quite a few small problems.
