Very beautiful, cosy house "Vetlycke". 6 km from the centre of Torsås, 67 km from the centre of Nybro, 45 km from the centre of Karlskrona, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, café 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Karlskrona" 45 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 252 km.
"Vetlycke", 7-room house 170 m2. Living room with TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed and Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Wooden floors. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house.
