River access and boat dock privileges!!! Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in East Brady. This awesome property features 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, WiFi, AC, and heating. Fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and shower, while the living room offers a cozy sofa bed for extra guests. 2 Miles from Rails to Trails, room for one boat on provided dock across the street. (Boat dock access only during summer months usually June - September)

Description of property was miss leading with a dock without the season being defined. Dock was out of water and not available. Even so, not waterfront. No curtains so all surrounding properties have complete visual access to occupants. Refrigerator was not cleaned out. Overall disappointing.

We loved our stay at the little river house! It was a cute and simple place, perfect for our kids and dog. The neighborhood is lovely. Just a quick walk and you’re by the river. We will definitely stay again.

Our small Girl Scout Troop stayed for one night! It was so fun to go fishing and kayaking! The dad's came and cooked on the grill for us! The girls sat around the large dining table and played card games that night. Comfortably sleeps 4.
