This inviting 2 bedroom condo has spectacular long range views, a spacious porch and guests have access to 2 Echota Clubhouses.
This peaceful condo is cozy, yet spacious! There are stairs to walk down to the door, but the entire condo is one level.

No smoking in or outside (Smoking is not allowed on the grounds at Echota)
No pets (an extra cleaning fee of $200 will be added if pet hair is found on the furniture - we appreciate your understanding!)

As this is the mountains and we often experience storms and high winds, we sometimes experience outages of various kinds. They are almost always turned back on quickly and we won't be able to give refunds for outages except for on a case by case basis. *If you know you need internet, please consider bringing your own hotspot to avoid missing important meetings
• If any important items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to mail them back to you! There is a fee of $30 + shipping to cover the cost of the extra time it takes to mail items back

Enjoyed this unit so much. Had problems the first night. Could not access property because of a change in my email which was registered with you but was not updated. Was cleared up the next day with property manager.
